Client acknowledges that any accrued damage to the venue/property due to the installation of vinyl wrap falls onto the responsibility of the client. IDR DECOR RENTALS NY, LLC strongly urges the client acquire permission from venue management/owner to apply vinyl wrap on any surface of the establishment.

IDR DECOR RENTALS NY, LLC Shall not be held liable for any venue clean-up post scheduled event other than the gathering and pick-up of rented items. The pulling up of any floorwrap, mopping, sweeping, wiping down, etc. of any areas is the sole responsibility of Client and Venue.
